1. Track Your Order
To find out where your order is, log in to My Account and select the order you want to track. Click on the “track order” option to track your parcel.
2. Check the predicted delivery date
At the time of order confirmation, you will find out the expected date in your confirmation mail and in the order section in “My Account.”
Please remember that this date is an estimate, so your order may arrive slightly before, on, or slightly after your expected delivery date. You can track your order to see the progress of your order.
If the tracking doesn’t show any updates or is blank, please allow until your expected delivery date for your order to be delivered. There may be a delay with your tracking being updated, but it should be updated soon.
3. International shipping information
To find your international delivery information, select your relevant country in the drop-down list that will be presented with the delivery methods available and product + shipping costs.
Our Standard and Express delivery services are available for most of the countries that we ship to. Once you’ve entered your delivery address, you’ll be able to see the available delivery services.
In some countries, Nominated Day delivery is also available. If this service is available in your country, it’ll show up as an option at checkout.
Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, dependent on size and weight.
4. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.
5. When will my order be delivered?
Our shippers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order be delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it.
If you’re not at the address when your parcel arrives, the shipper will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place, or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.
6. What is our approach to packaging?
We invest a lot of our time and resources into making sure our product packaging is as sustainable and environmental friendly as it can be. We always work out of our ways to increase the life of our mailbags.
We believe that our present packaging set-up is the most sustainable approach that we can achieve right now. And we are confident about the choices and decisions we have made. But, it doesn’t mean we will stop looking at ways we can improve, and we will keep updating these pages to keep you up-to-date with our progress.
