1. Can I cancel my order after confirmation?
Even if you’ve paid for your order, you can cancel it. There are varying time limits in which you can cancel your order, depending on which delivery option you’ve chosen:
- Next Day Delivery & Express: 15 minutes after completing your order.
- Nominated Day Delivery- any time before your chosen delivery day
- Standard Delivery & all other delivery options - anytime before the chosen delivery day.
2. Steps to cancel your order
- For your order cancellation, sign into your account.
- Click on “My Orders” and select the option “Cancel Order”. Your status will soon be changed to “Cancelled”.
3. When will I get my funds back after an order cancellation?
When you place an order with Hestia Kreations, the funds are reserved for us—we don’t actually take the money until your order has been confirmed and sent to our warehouse. If you cancel your order, we don’t take the money. However, it may take up to 1 day for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.
4. What should I do, If I have received a faulty item?
First, we are really sorry if you have received a faulty item.
Please return the item to us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you. Don’t forget to select ‘Faulty’ when asked for a reason for your return. For more information on how to return an item, see our returns & refunds policy. If you’re not able to create a return, please get in touch with our Customer Care team and they will gladly help you further.
Please keep in mind that all items are inspected on return, and those with wear and tear rather than a fault may not be refunded in full.
